I have psoriasis on my scalp pretty bad and nothing has seemed to help. I have tried lots of different shampoos and conditioners (including very expensive brands, and prescription shampoos!) and none have done what this does. My scalp is almost completely clear and has continued to be clear ever since I started using this shampoo and conditioner about a year ago! No flakes, no itching, nothing, it’s wonderful! I use it with the Nature’s Gate Tea Tree shampoo as well, but the shampoo alone isn’t enough, when I run out of the conditioner and have to use something else my psoriasis comes back.
